Director Surender Reddy has been working on a script since the release of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. He has written the script keeping Allu Arjun in mind. But the Ala Vaikunthapurramlo actor has been busy with Pushpa and the delay in the shoot of the film, especially due to the pandemic.

Now that Bunny is going to be busy, and has ICON also in his kitty, Surender Reddy has realised that the film might get delayed. The duo have earlier made Race Gurram together.

So the director has decided to look for another actor and is said to have chosen Ram Pothineni. Meanwhile, Ram has Red, Telugu remake of Tamil film Thadam, an Arun Vijay starrer. This film has Amrutha Aiyer and Malavika Sharma as the lead actresses. The film has almost been completed. Well, an official confirmation on his collaboration with Surender is yet to be made.

Ram is an energetic hero who has some amazing dance skills just like Bunny. So Ram Pothineni is said to be the choice of Surender.
