Jason Momoa Apologizes for Publicly Dragging Chris Pratt on Instagram Over His Plastic Water Bottle

What a time to be alive!

• Jason Momoa just hit Instagram to apologize to Chris Pratt for publicly dragging him for using a plastic water bottle.
• Jason said sorry but also doubled down, saying he’s “just very passionate about this single-use plastic epidemic.”

Sooo yesterday, Chris Pratt wandered on over to Instagram to post a thirst trap of himself at the gym. And because of the aforementioned thirst, he was holding a water bottle. Unfortunately, it was a plastic water bottle, which we can all agree is terrible for the environment! So Jason Momoa hopped into his comments to check him, writing, “Bro i love u but wtf on the water bottle. no single use plastic. come on.”

Come through, Aquaman!

Naturally, the comment blew up, and apparently, Jason felt bad about calling Chris out in public, so he hit Instagram with a thoughtful apology.

“BRO you know my children and I are madly in love with you and I love everything you do,” he wrote. “I’m sorry this was received so badly today I didn’t mean for that to happen. I’m just very passionate about this single use plastic epidemic. The plastic water bottles have to stop I hope u make a reusable water bottle for amazon so we all can purchase. You’re an inspiration to many I’m one of them. I’ll send you a case of MANANALU. All my Aloha, Da Momoa’s.”

It doesn’t look like Chris has responded just yet (lol, awk), but stay tuned—and here’s to hoping he invests in a reusable water bottle, amirite?
