Ramyakrishna is offered a mother role in the film, Puri’s Liger or Fighter, starring Vijay Devarakonda, Ananya Pandey. Several reports suggested that she accepted it after completing knowing the story and her character.

Some close sources said that the role is close to what Puri wrote for Jayasudha in the film, Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi. Jayasudha won good name for her performance and as a writer, Puri always talks high about ANOTA.

Ramyakrishnan in an interview said that she loved the character in Puri Jagannath’s film and hence, she is doing it. She also said that she likes the script.

She said it will be one of her best and even director’s best as he tried something extremely different to his regular action films this time.
