It is known news that in Telugu Film Industry, Sri Reddy is fighting against the casting couch. Recently Baahubali girl Anushka Shetty also confirmed that casting cough exists in Tollywood and she also revealed how she escaped from it.

Bhaagamthie girl Anushka Shetty said, “Casting Couch is in Tollywood also. I was able to escape from the casting couch because I am strong. So no one treated me badly in this entertainment industry. However, for those who are new to the film industry, issues such as casting coaches are inevitable”.

Admitting the same, Anushka Shetty said that she never had to face such a situation owing to her straight forward attitude. She also advised females in the industry that when faced with this situation, it is upon them to make the choice.

On the work front, Anushka Shetty will be seen playing the female lead in Nishabdham, which is a suspense-thriller and the story revolves around a murder mystery. The movie is directed by Hemant Madhukar and produced by Kona Venkat. It also has Michael Madsen, Anjali, Shalini Pandey, Subbaraju and Srinivasa Avasarala in pivotal roles.
