IPL 2021: Jio Brings Special Offers for Prepaid, Postpaid Users to Watch Matches Live

Jio is offering Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription for a year with all its Jio PostPaid Plus plans starting from Rs. 399 a month.

Reliance Jio is celebrating IPL 2021 by offering a list of offers for its prepaid and postpaid users. The Mumbai-based telecom operator has continued its partnership with Disney + Hotstar to provide livestreaming of IPL matches through select prepaid recharge plans and Jio Postpaid Plus plans. It has also updated the Jio Cricket Play Along app, allowing cricket fans to express their feelings with emoji stickers and participate in cricket-based quizzes. The IPL 2021 season will begin on April 9, Friday at 7:30 pm.

To provide access to the livestream of upcoming matches, Jio is offering a one-year Disney + Hotstar VIP membership, priced at Rs. With all its Jio Postpaid Plus plans starting at Rs 399. 399 a month. The operator is also offering an annual Disney + Hotstar VIP membership with its four prepaid plans.

Jio prepaid plans have Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription

Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription starts on Jio’s prepaid plans starting at Rs. 401 and go up to Rs. 2,599. Rupee. The 401 Jio prepaid recharge plan offers 6GB additional data, 3GB daily high-speed data with unlimited voice calls and a one-year Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription for 28 days. After Rs. 401 plan, Jio offered Rs. 598 prepaid recharge plan which offers 2GB daily high-speed data, unlimited voice calls and Disney + Hotstar VIP membership for 56 days. It is also Rs. 777 Jio prepaid recharge plan with 1.5GB daily high-speed data with 5GB additional data, unlimited voice calls and Disney + Hotstar VIP membership for 84 days. In addition, the customer top-of-line Rs. 2,599 Jio prepaid recharge plan with 10GB additional data, unlimited voice calls, and 2GB daily high-speed data for 365 days with a Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription.

Jio is not the only operator offering Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription bundles with its plans. Airtel and Vi (Vodafone Idea) also have some prepaid and postpaid plans with a one-year Disney + Hotstar VIP subscription.

Other Jio offerings focus on IPL 2021

In addition to postpaid and prepaid plans with Disney + Hotstar VIP membership, Jio has updated the Jio Cricket Play Along game which is accessible through the MyJio app. It brings emoji stickers and cricket-based quizzes. Jio Cricket Play Along Game is available for all Jio and non-Jio users.

Jio also has a JioCricket app available on Jio Phone which will provide score updates and quizzes during IPL matches. Jio has sponsored all eight teams participating in the IPL 2021 tournament and offers its customers the opportunity to meet the players at a meeting and wish for a coffee session.
