Anushka Shetty is coming up with an upcoming film Nishabdham to entertain her fans and the movie lovers. In this film she is playing the role of a mute artist, whereas R Madhavan is essaying a musician.   The movie also has Anjali, Subbaraju, Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey, Srinivas Avasarala in the supporting roles.  Earlier Nishabdham was slated to hit the theaters on 2nd April in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and English but due to lockdown, the makers postponed its release. Now the reports are coming that Nishabdham is all set for a direct digital release and the makers have commenced talks with Amazon Prime Video.

It is being heard that  the digital rights of  Anushka Shetty and Madhavan starrer Nishabdham have been sold to Amazon prime for around Rs 25 crores.

The producer TG Vishwa Prasad decided to go the OTT way. Apparently,  Kona Venkat’ Nishabdham will be out on Amazon Prime in the second week of September. An official announcement regarding Nishabdham’ OTT release will be made very soon.

As a lead actress, Anushka Shetty was last seen in Bhaagamathie, which was released in 2018. Baahubali fame actress made a brief appearance in the historic drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy starring Megastar Chiranjeevi, Nayantara and Tamannah Bhatia.
